On Might 12, Sean “Diddy” Combs will stand trial in NYC on costs of racketeering, conspiracy, and intercourse trafficking.
TMZ’s Harvey Levin is taking a deep dive into the case within the new Tubi documentary “TMZ Presents: The Downfall of Diddy His Protection.”
Within the doc, they lay out what Diddy’s protection might be and even assemble a mock jury to deliberate on the case and provides a verdict.
“Further’s” Billy Bush spoke with Harvey, who mentioned, “All people thinks it is a slam dunk for prosecutors. It isn’t.”
Levin revealed what points had been developing with the mock jury.
He mentioned, “They’d issues with the problem of consent, that they had points with racketeering, which requires a present of revenue, they usually’re saying, ‘How did he revenue off these three-ways?'”
The case is not nearly intercourse and cash, Levin confused, “There are problems with race.”
Can Diddy get a good trial?
Levin commented, “Nearly all people has an opinion about this case. What the protection desires is people who find themselves capable of change their opinions, and also you don’t simply ask anyone that as a result of all people says sure and half of them are mendacity. What you do is say to them, ‘Is there ever something in your life the place you actually believed one thing and anyone satisfied you to alter your thoughts?’… That’s how you discover the proper juror.”
