His brother Lenny Simmons confirmed the information to Folks in an announcement, sharing, “Our beloved Dicky was laid to relaxation this morning surrounded by solely household and closest associates. We pray to your continued love and help throughout this very tough time.”
TMZ reviews that Simmons was buried at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park and Mortuary.
