Kyle Chrisley, the 34-year-old son of Todd and Julie Chrisley, has been arrested, charged with home assault and public intoxication.
TMZ studies the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Workplace arrested Chrisley Saturday evening round 7 p.m.
Together with assault and intoxication, he was costs with disorderly conduct, three separate costs for assaulting a primary responder, resisting arrest, and three costs for retaliation in opposition to a person in reference to their former actions in opposition to him.
No additional particulars had been provided.
He was final arrested in 2024 for aggravated assault, however he fought that by suing Rutherford County and two deputies for $1.7 million over the arrest, which he deemed unfair.
Chrisley has not but commented on the arrest.
