John Ashton, John Taggart in a number of “Beverly Hills Cop” films, died Thursday in Fort Collins, Colorado. He was 76.
TMZ confirmed the actor’s dying, which had been rumored on social media, following a most cancers battle.
His rep advised TMZ, “John leaves behind a legacy of affection, dedication, and repair. His reminiscence will without end be treasured by his spouse, youngsters, grandchildren, in addition to his brother, sisters, his prolonged household and all who cherished him. John’s affect on the world might be remembered and celebrated for generations to come back.”
Ashton was born February 22, 1948, in Springfield, Massachusetts.
